HELLO EVERYONE :) I'm so happy to see

Please excuse my ramblings. Now, a bit about myself: I'm a 37 year old female aproximately 215 pounds who greatly enjoys to be in the company of good friends. I would enjoy being with family if I had one of my own but, that's the way things sometimes go. I would like to try as many things as possible in this life and enjoy all the simple pleasures. The thought of an occasional candlelit dinner and walks on the beach appeal to me greatly. I do however sometimes play like a small child collecting seashells on the beach and enjoying nature in all her splendor. I don't seem to be able to decide if I want to live in the city or the country. There is so much to do from each way of life. At present I am living in the country. When I got divorced I was given the back 2.5 acres of heavily overgrown woods to live on for the rest of my life and return to him upon my death.... Should I decide to make my home there.... It's a start. I spend a good bit of time piddling around for something to do. It's on a high spot so in the winter when the leaves are down I can see over the plateau in three directions. However... I feel that perhaps someday I'll find the love of my life. Where-ever he is there is my heart and possibly my home. I am wanting a beautiful poem to the One I've yet to meet. I'm not great at writing poetry though. But if I had one I'd post it in here somewhere. HINT, HINT, all you poets. Hey if I get enough I could post a poetry page with full credits of course. Thank you for the idea. There is much more to me than just hopeing to meet someone so I'll try to change the subject now. I have an interest in Spirituality and enjoy learning about the various beliefs in this great big world... After all who's to truely say what's right or wrong. Feel free to write and let me know about your belief. By the way... ( Pet Peave ) One thing I can not stand is others trying to force their beliefs on others. So I'm not especially interested in the bible thumping door knockers. So please don't send me tons of Jehovahs Witness Cyber pamphlets please. Just so you know what I mean, not trying to be unfriendly here, just truthful. Another one of my pet peaves is predjudice. While we are all human and subject to make mistakes that is one of the most hurtful in my humble opinion.... Hahahaha... I'm sure I sound really interesting by now. (Yawn) At least I can ramble on and on and on here... In real life though I'm really a listener, more often quiet than not. Some guys would say thats a bit of a change. I wish I was capable of doing the marathon yackethon. That sounded a bit crude and I apologize for that. Forgive me? Since I've been being crude I'll go ahead and say it now, I've been fixed so no babies in my future, even though I've had 3 I'll never see again, unless something drastic happens. I do love them very much though. I just saw a bit on tv about golf... Seems like an interesting game to me. At least you get some exercise without bashing someones head in especially your own and I do love to walk. Horses are interesting to me too. As a child I used to dream of Sulkys and such. It still holds a certain fascination for me. Horseback rideing is something I could stand to take up. As well as going to shows and the like. Opera is something I can do with or without. I'm not into rap music. I am however into many different kinds of music from Classical ( yes Classical ) to Rock and Roll. Instrumentals are great. That way it is easier to relax at times. At this time I'm
not in the greatest of physical shape. One of the reasons is I just don't
want to get out and exercise all alone, even though I know the body is
like a temple and should be treated as such while we are here on this earth.
I supose I should get busy with a bit of repairwork. It's bad enough my
peir collapsed. Hahahahhaa
I'm not much of a
hunter but I am not opposed to an occasional fishing / camping trip. Some
simple rockclimbing and or Spelunking
Yes I still occasionally do a little bit of beading. White Dove taught me how. ( My X's wife ) I've still to do a really large item. Someday I will if I ever get enough nice beads together. Thinking wall murial... Now that's a lot of beading. Don't you agree? One of the crafts I learned as a child is quilting. I also like gardening but I don't have the general knowledge of how much of this or that to put in the soil when for optimum harvest. That reminds me of an old saying: The fruit of a mans labor is not how much he gets for it but what he gets out of it. Oh and I used to do a lot of canning but it's been so long I've forgotten a lot about it. It's good be able to put up your own food if nessecary. Or at least to be able to have berries and such for pies from your own harvest in the winter. I am mostly German by blood but I'm also Cherokee, Choctaw, Chickasaw and Black Ditch... I'm very happy being who I am too. How about you? I'm also looking for Ideas as to things to add to my page / pages. Can you help me out? I'm not very computer literate. Actually I'm a puter dummy. But that's ok there are so many other things I can do instead. That gets me back to thinking about what hobbies to pick up being I have so much time. Nothing like race car driving being I can't drive at all. I have Epilepsy therefore, blankouts so it's not safe. Not being able to drive is a real pain too. It limits me immensely. All things are for a reason though I believe. Perhaps I'll get back into Mythology. I love that kind of history but not the this person did this on this date or that. Wow that's a lot of this's in one sentence... Anyway it's a great way to entertain ones self with tales of the Gods and Goddesses. I really don't believe I'm talking about myself this much. It's one thing I'm usually not good at. Guess it's about time then. I also have a liking for academic type books even though I'm not the brainy type. I'm the more loving sort instead. Physics books and other types of Science are interesting to me. I'm a very slow learner on that kind of stuff though, but i have the interest. I was always poor at Math unfortunatetly and never got as far as Algebra or Geometry. Who knows what I would be doing if I'd had the knack and or better retention. Sorry about sounding so down there but sometimes I do think about it.... I'll stop this before I get myself depressed for no reason. Ok happy thoughts time. Love, Joy, Friendship, Shopping trips. I enjoy going to the Mall or local Flea-Market. It's about all there is to do around here. Mostly I enjoy being with someone I truely care about. Maybe even a little Snuggling by the fireplace. Also, last but not least, Mother Nature in all her splendor. Without her we simply could not be.
